1. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds on select services and programs under the following conditions:
- Online Courses & Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital content, we generally do not offer refunds once the course or material has been accessed or downloaded.
- Workshops & Webinars: Refunds may be considered if requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled event. No refunds will be processed for no-shows or cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event.
- 1:1 Sessions or Coaching: Refunds will be considered if a cancellation request is made at least 24 hours in advance of the session. Sessions canceled within 24 hours are non-refundable but may be rescheduled once based on availability.
2. How to Request a Refund

- Date of purchase
- Service or product purchased
- Reason for refund request
Our team will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days.
3. Processing of Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment.
- Please allow 7β10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
- Gamma Waves Academy LLP is not responsible for any bank processing delays or additional fees imposed by your financial institution.
4. Non-Refundable Items
- Downloadable digital products once accessed
- Completed sessions or services
- Gift cards or promotional credits
- Subscription-based services (unless canceled within the trial period, if applicable)
